A quality spikmat- Swedish spike mat
There are loads of thing that call themself spike mats nowadays. The only version that is good enough for every day use is the swedish spike mat. Kylli Kukk ( Yogateacher and physiotherapist) choosed the Combiversion of the Swedish spike mat to be used at her Yoga school Shanti because:
